Description: I originally listed this as an Akro Moonie but friends and fellow collectors have called to my attention that it's a Christensen Agate. It fits all of the criteria for being a rare CA. There's a tint of cloudy Blue to the color with a few bubbles and you can see a pattern in this marble that is CA. The marble is very rare. I'm adjusting my listing to reflect the changes. Don't miss this one. BIG SHOOTER size at 13/16" and in MINT - condition with some asmade creases by my eyes BUT look at the high definition pictures the size of a Baseball and you be the judge. It's very hard to find these big Moonie's anymore especially the ones made by Christensen Agate. This one has that tell tale beautiful Orange Glow. 100+ years old, it's a great marble. I do combine wins for discounted shipping. I'll send you an invoice. I measure marbles through a drop through scale. I use my naked eye to grade. Considering the fact most are over 100 years old so do allow some slight imperfections. All identification is based on my collecting and experience over the past 50 years. I've always said you can show the same marble to four different collectors and have four different ID's and opinions. I do my best. BE ADVISED !!! There are sellers that use misleading descriptions and buzz words for marbles like, Oxblood, Guinea and Submarine to increase the value of the marble. They simply add a disclaimer that they are not experts which is an easy outlet to mis-guide buyers. I've seen $1 marbles selling for $45.
