The headset comes with everything that is pictured. The top cap is mismatching. The headset does have some fading to the anodize which is the most evident when it is placed next to a newer black part. The headset was professionally installed and removed. This headset is meant for frames with a 1-1/8" head tube (34mm) and a straight 1-1/8" steer tube. Chris King designed the first sealed-bearing headset in 1976.
