Description: Choice, original, retro vintage, 1876 Cape Cod Ruby Red Footed 8.75" Bowl by Avon. The intricate lacy sandwich glass pattern is Roman Rosetta and designed for Avon by Wheaton Glass. The pressed glass set was made in the USA. The set features a heavy glass with a deeply embossed pattern and scalloped edging. The Avon piece is without damage and there may be rare scratches to surfaces, as it is used. Beautiful red color when the sun passes through the glass, as it sits on display in your window or on your table, while in use. A touch of elegance from the late 1900s. No box unless otherwise listed. There are 2 pieces available and the price is per single piece. There are additionally two other pieces of the same size (8.75" footed bowl); however, these additional two are a different print version (Centennial Edition) and may be found on a separate listing. One of those two Centennial pieces has a pair of small chips on the rim surface, which is not visible unless looking down on the piece. No sharp edges are present, so there is no affect on usage.
