Description: China Chinese Bronze Seated Guanyin Kwan yin Bodhisattva Pusa on a double Lotus Throne Ming Dynasty ca. 16-17th century. Finely cast with sensitive face, right hand is raised in mudra, the left hand holds a small round object, attributes are supported by leafy branches / ribbons at the shoulders, adorned with elaborate crown, ear plates and necklaces, traces of red pigment on surface. Measures 7 5/8 inches high with general expected surface wear, including some of the details softened from votive ritual rubbing, and possible small dents, with a small aperture on the true right side of the stand else in overall good condition as seen in the images.
