Description: A nice matched (?) pair of collar or cap insignia from the Chilean Army Direccion de Fomento Equino y Remonta (DIGEFER), a unit of the Army tasked with training, equiping and providing horses and mules to the Chilean Army. I am unsure if this unit still exists, but these insignia look fairly old. They are stamped gilt metal with two pin fasteners on the reverse side. Both are in excellent condition, although one pin is broken off the back of one badge. Small in size, which is why I assumed they are collar insignia (25mm wide).
