I will refund you ASAP, but will need you to retain the damage until I can get the claim filed and approved. Payment: I ask that you please pay within 48 hours of your winning bid. If not, an unpaid case will be opened automatically by eBay. Shipping: I typically ship 3 times per week..Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This ensures that almost every package that is paid for is shipped within 48 hours of payment (minus weekends). I can and will ship on other days if needed sooner, but this needs to be addressed before final payment as the shipping price may change if it's requested for a rush ship. Once I ship, I cannot guarantee the shipping date as it's up to USPS at that point. Shipping prices may increase if you are located in Alaska or Hawaii.
