The acrylic stone can be removed to just straighten prongs. 2) Floating heart looks like it may have been broken off another piece of jewelry. Spring ring added. Bottom left side looks like it has small cut place but it is not broken. It has marking on back, but all I can read is ONE. 3) Disc is older but I wonder if it was cut offset.
