Featuring a flock of colorful Parakeet birds perched on branches against a soft blue ground, it is signed simply NT and dates to the 1980s. Rather naively painted with a slightly impressionist approach, it is cheerful and sweet. Condition is very nice with a tiny bit of separation to three threads on the bottom side edge - does not show from the front and would be covered once framed - the canvas is staple secured on the back folded corners and secured with tape as shown.
