The palm in the photo is Chamaedorea radicalis, and is the mother in this cross, so the seedlings should have some characteristics of both parents, but should slightly favor the radicalis genes. Both parents are hardy to at least zone 8, and some folks in zone 7b have had success with them as well, so this unique hybrid adds another very cold tolerant Chamaedorea to try in cooler areas, but they would also make great container or houseplants.
