Voice of the Customer Excellent Cat house Really creative design, fun to build actually and the wood came with no damage. The roof is great for heavy rain and/or snow and the space inside is great for price. Overall, may need help building but it’s durable, stylish and worth getting. Voice of the Customer I love it! Cute! Like the two or three ways for cats to escape (one, on side, is for clean out if you leave it open). The roof opens up and has hinges that keep it open for easy cleaning. I pretty much assembled it myself! Voice of the Customer So happy I bought it I liked that each bag of screws had an extra screw in it. It's always easy to lose a screw and it was nice having extra in case that happened. It was packed nicely with foam protecting it in the box. I placed straw in the bottom floor and the feral kitty outside uses it every night. Right now I keep the large door panel open on the side because I wanted him to feel safe using it. After a while, I hope to be able to close that and see if he will keep using it by going through the front door. Voice of the Customer Excellent Cat Condo / Your cats will love it I feed many cats in my neighborhood. Most are feral but I love them all. They seem to be enjoying their condo. So happy to have found this one. Instructions call for 2 people to put it together but I did it alone with very little to no problems. I recommended it to other family members that love outdoor cats. Voice of the Customer Perfect CAT HOUSE! We have 2 outside cats and they took a little time to move into their new home. But I find them there every time it rains. We feed them on the top of it now. We do have it under our porch so not sure how it would do under direct weather conditions. But so far it done amazing.
