Seam splits (the disc breaking through the spine of the cover in transit) can occur as part of the shipping process. We always pack carefully, but the only sure way to prevent seam splits in transit is to remove the record from the cover before packing it, which we do with all non-sealed records. At the buyer’s request, we will open a sealed record and pack the vinyl in a protective sleeve separate from the cover. Unless the buyer requests that the sealed record be opened and packed in this manner, we are not liable for any seam splits that may occur in transit. This LP is new old stock from the original period of the album's release. It is not a recent re-press/re-issue. As it is still sealed, we cannot confirm which pressing plant or label design it has, and it is offered for sale on that basis. 1.
