Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION:Up for sale is a wonderful vintage brooch inspired by the work of Hubert Harmon and made by “Casa Maya” in Mexico in the 1940’s or 1950’s. This oversized pin is 3” long x 3” wide and is very dimensional with it’s wavy fins and tail. It is handcrafted from brass and copper with a single bezel set amethyst cabochon at the eye. It is in very good condition and is marked “Maya Mexico” on the reverse. It weighs 32.6 grams. ***Please note that my camera is cobalt blue and often makes polished surfaces look dark due to the reflection on the metal surface.*** SHIPPING:First class shipping, insurance, and handling in the US is $6. I am happy to ship multiple auction wins in the same package at the actual cost plus insurance. International shipping is through ebay’s global shipping program. I try my best to wrap all items securely, and to ship in a timely fashion. Once the item is wrapped, a shipping label is created, and the tracking number is provided on ebay.
