Description: Unusual redheart cedar wooden tiki style figure by Agooliak (aka Alexis Smith). Intended for use as an evil spirit repellent, I imagine. Signed/marked on the back "Art by Agooliak, Luray, VA. August 28, 1995, Page County, VA. Redheart Cedar". In very good condition. There is some wood checking (see photo) but checking is the result of natural processes and is not unusual for older solid wood piece like this one.
