Description: Two Carlson Native American dolls, rare large size. Chief in more yellow tan buckskins, with a simulated fur pelt and a talking stick staff, 17" tall, in great condition with a Carlson stand. Chief with light tan buckskins, with a simulated fur pelt, bow and quiver, 18" tall. The left arm and leg have become detached, and the Carlson stand is missing (refer to photos). Comes with a wooden stand, once this doll is on the stand, the detached limbs aren't evident. The Carlson Company was started by Ray and Ann Carlson in 1946 and are well known, these large sized vintage dolls will make great additions to any doll collection. These are pre-owned, please refer to photos for any signs of wear. A family member who collected Native American decor and artifacts passed away and this is from their collection.
