This issue describes the origin of how Carol Danvers got her super-hero powers, which will eventually lead to her becoming the first Ms. Marvel in 1977, and then the current Captain Marvel, starting in 2012, as seen in the MCU. There are also additional appearances of Yon-Rogg & Rick Jones as well. This item is a key Silver Age issue that all Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell) & Carol Danvers fans would love to have!
