This is a product I developed to solve a reception problem we had when a speaker would have a PowerPoint/Keynote presentation. Although the presentation clickers we'd tried all advertised a long range (some as far as 100 meters), in the field, we noticed that the effective range was often far less than that. Sometimes less than 50 feet! Since the venues we operate in are quite large, that was a problem. Likely contributing to the reception problem were the cell phones that came with most of the audience members. All that created frustration for the presenter, the A/V crew in the back, and the audience when the presenter wasn't able to reliably advance his slides. Since we've started using this cantenna, we've had zero problems with reception, and all the slide advances have worked flawlessly. I've decided to market this design to help others.
