Canon Elph APS film Camera does not work AS IS Parts or Repair

Description: Camera looks good, but is sold untested and AS IS, as found. It is missing battery and APS film, so I have no way to test it. I assume that it does not work. It is sold AS IS, without an option to return, sold as parts camera. Please note that cameras flash doe snot lock in place. It seems to be damaged. Other then that Camera looks nice. I don't see any cracks, dents, etc. Battery compartment is free of corrosion. Camera looks used, with some scratches, but I don't see any damage. Shipping is free within USA and $15 worldwide.
