We have a few of these. The one you get is NOS and was taken off an NOS never-used Campagnolo Nuovo Record front derailleur. We have a few of these, the photo is representative of the example you will receive. This item is perfect for that old Cinelli, Masi, Hetchines, Reynolds 531 or Columbus SL bicycle that you have.
