Description: Very Rare and beautifully framed memorabilia display from a band of musicians called The Cadet Saxtette, and also known as “Monarchs of the Saxophone” who worked the vaudeville circuit from the early 1920’s until about 1930. This display includes an original antique gelatin silver photograph of the band, their original show banner, and a lobby card with faded title with the name Wally Hunt presents The Cadet Saxtette Monarchs of the Saxophone all well preserved in framed display and offering a historical and unique glimpse into vaudeville’s past, and that of a all saxophone band that traveled and performed all around the country on the vaudeville circuit. I included for the purpose of this listing some pictures (not included) of newspaper advertisements announcing upcoming shows where the band would be performing in the 1920’s and some other information that I found online. In-frame size is approximately 34 1/2 inches by 23 1/4 inches. This historic piece displays beautifully and is sure to impress. This will ship UPS over packed to protect and insured.
