Description: Cadence (movie)SynopsisIn the 1960s, American soldier Franklin Bean, serving in the military in West Germany, returns home temporarily to bury a father who never understood him. Back in Germany, he received a heavy sentence after a drunken bar fight in which he hit a military policeman. He was imprisoned for 90 days in a disciplinary battalion within the American military camp of Barenfeld in West Germany. However, his integration is not going well and his chief sergeant, Otis V. McKinney, uses some rather basic methods of reform on this young man in full rebellion. Franklin finds himself locked up with African-American prisoners including the room leader, Roosevelt Stokes.
