Description: For your consideration this dresser box by CA, Alcide Chaumeil, at least that is what I am calling it. It is very delicate looking with its pretty decorative legs. The top lifts off and it is in excellent condition except for one chip on the rim which can be seen in the photos. This piece stands 4 1/4 inches high, is 8 inches across the top and 6 inches leg to leg on the front, 3 1/8 inches on the side. Adorned on the top with a salamander, which is one of the symbols of the Kings of France. Thank you for visiting this auction.
