Photo 11 shows that the inside cover white right page is missing. Photo 12 shows a split on the cover spine edge. Photo 13 shows a gap between the cover spine and pages (NOTE: this is common in old books. The cover is still attached fine due to the endpapers and there are no loose pages but the binding feels a bit wobbly). Pages inside are in nice condition especially as the book is around 100 years old.
