Description: For sale is a copy of Haile Gerima's "Bush Mama" from 1975 on VHS. This is a hard to find, out of print film-- at least on VHS. It's in pristine, factory sealed condition. I believe it was one of Gerima's first films, and has been described as an almost surreal depiction of the life of a black woman living in a modern city. After reading the synopsis, looks like a really interesting film! I'd want to see it some time myself, but I don't want to ruin the new-ness of this vintage VHS tape. It would be a great addition to any collection!
