Not certain of the wood – bowl may be ash, paddle is not burl, may be maple (minimal grain). Pretty much impossible to assign as Native American or domestic craftsmanship…. Unless you know more or better…. Measures 16” x 16 ½” x 4 ½” deep (a bit out-of-round as you would expect) Scoop 9” length Condition Overall Good / Very Good original condition.
