Description: Budgie was one of the most iconic and underrated Prog/Metal bands of all time and that's why I'm listing several of their LP's for sale and most are in Excellent condition. This rare original UK vinyl LP is called Deliver Us from Evil and is Budgie's tenth album, released in 1982. According to Burke Shelley its theme "attacks the power structures of East and West and the balance of terror"; it also "refers to all kinds of evil, not just The Bomb and war, but the main theme calls for world peace". This album has a more commercially oriented sound than previous releases, but has been described as a collection which sounds fantastic and bristles with great songs and exquisite often Who-like arrangements. This album features great songs like "Bored with Russia" , "Truth Drug" , "Flowers in the Attic" , "N.O.R.A.D. (Doomsday City)" , "Give Me the Truth" and "Hold On to Love" ! The Cover is in Very Good Plus condition(some edge wear, see pictures), The vinyl is in Very Good Plus condition on one side and Very Good condition on the other side(several tiny light scratches), but still sounds great!
