Description: Very pretty sterling silver oval brooch. In the style of the Rennie Mackintosh Glasgow Rose. An unusual shape, with a round mother of pearl stone behind and showing through the rose, and black stones which look like onyx behind and colouring the leaves. It measures 16 x 35 mm, 5/8" x 1 1/4" at the widest points. Marked 925 for sterling silver. In very good used condition - and an unusual and rare piece. A lovely design.
