Description: Up for sale is a Special Run model from BreyerFest 2023, a glossy Wells! There were 1150 of this guy made. He is on the loose mane variation of Shire Gelding, which is mold #744, sculpted by Karen Gerhardt and introduced in 2016. Wells is such a pretty color! He could be considered a dappled rose grey or a "silver dapple black". He has gorgeous shading and is complimented by four white stockings and a blaze! He is stamped in black on his belly, "Breyer BreyerFest 2023". This chunky horse is in excellent condition and displays very well! He does have some factory flaws (i.e. paint bits beneath the finish, minor flaws in the gloss, cloudy-edged masking; see photos), and there is a particularly noticable line on his back where there is a seam in the mold. I don't know for sure if this line is a sign of a minor seam split/whether it will continue to worsen or not. Overall, I think he will make a very nice shelf piece!
