This note is obviously heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/jagged in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some appear larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one larger inner tear; perhaps pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
