Missing Lid - The lid has gone AWOL. This includes caps and tops, but the product will always be unopened or have some kind of seal. Damaged Lid - The lid will be cracked or might have a little piece missing. The lid will be secured for shipping. Small Amount Missing - A small amount of the product has escaped! The maximum amount that will have leaked is 15% of the total volume, usually a lot less.
