The stories each have the publisher's stamp (Mother Goose image) which says 1828; otherwise I have no idea when this volume was made. McLoughlin Bros Made in USA. Book is poor with a number of flaws. Spine cloth is loose with long rip (photo #3). Front cover has poor binding (photo #5) so it is quite loose, but still attached. Pages are yellowed and have various flaws, but fully readable. Occasional foxing/smudges/stains here and there. A section of a few pages have holes along the margin (photo #17/18). There are a couple instances of page rips (photo #23) or pencil writing (photo #11) I do my best to identify any flaws and describe book condition accurately.
