This issue, as well as the other Boxoffice magazines that I am selling, were being stored in the floor boards of a theater that was being demolished. They were rescued before demolition occurred, but do have some wear from being stored and handled over the last 80+ years. Condition:- Front and back cover detached- Tears and stains on the cover and spine- Dusty from being in storage over the years- Some pages w/ tears- Moisture damage to some of the pages
