Gypsum plaster aka chalkware wall sculpture figurine decor. There are chips in the paint. There is a big white streak across his beard which can be seen in the pictures. Needs a gentle cleaning by the collector. I lightly dusted the head with a soft cloth as to not damage anymore paint on the chalkware.
