Base has no dents or scratches and is very clean. One cube speaker has a broken corner under the grill, however it does not compromise the integrity and performance. (See photo). All cords are included. This system has the adapter base module as it was used for in wall wiring. ( square plug with RCA jacks that plug into the base) speaker wires are then ran from the adapter to the speakers.
