This comic is rated 9.8 (Near Mint / Mint) by CGC and also has "White Pages". Further adding to its desirability, it is a John G. Fantucchio Pedigree book (recognized on the CGC label). Its case is in good condition but shows Newton Rings (see last picture above) - this is common in CGC slabs and doesn't affect the comic itself.
