The spindle that holds disc 1 in position in the case is broken, and disc 1 just spins around and can fall out easily. Scratching, bumping, and dust/debris present throughout the rest of the plastic jewel case. Included booklet in good condition with some warping consistent with usage and storage. All three CDs in good condition with no major signs of wear - just some small specks of dust on the disc surface. CDs not tested for playback, but should play just fine.
