Has switch on top of handle for trim and tilt functions. Missing yhe black plastic insert in the handle. these are simple smooth working controls. They have the trim and tilt switch built-in to the handle with the harness and they also have starting in gear protection or a neutral safety switch. The handle pulls out for neutral only and everything is working as it should.
