Housing appears to still be sealed with no cracks visible. Bulbs are included but not tested. There are multiple versions to this light, please make sure you need the Halogen variant. You can use part number #6311259549 to confirm fitment. If any repairs are made to the light, I can no longer offer full refunds for any returns.
