BMR Suspensions lower control arms with polyurethane bushings will deflect less and transfer power more efficiently than stock stamped steel control arms with soft rubber bushings. The TCA028 non-adjustable tubular control arms are fully TIG-welded and constructed from heavy-duty 2-inch square tubing and CNC-formed, laser-cut steel plates. They include internal gussets for additional strength. The greasable, 95-durometer, polyurethane bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve, keeping grease in the bushing under high compression loads. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated and quiet.
