This vest has never been outside the house, and all zippers, tabs, velcro, buckles and straps are intact and unused. This vest has a lot of room for adjustment and is extremely well-made. ACU, while arguably the worst camo pattern ever adopted, is no longer in production and these vests are very rare. Also, ACU can be dyed to darker shades...
