Description: Bizarre **CLARICE CLIFF** 19320/30s Autumn CROCUS Tea TRIO - Very Good Description ON offer we have this Bizarre Clarice Cliff 1920/30's TEA TRIO hand painted in the AUTUMN CROCUS pattern. All three items carry the Bizarre stamp so are early examples of the pattern The Autumn Crocus pattern was first introduced in 1928 and features crocus flowers in Orange, Blue & Purple. Dimensions Side Plate 17.5cm Diameter Saucer 14.5cm Diameter Cup 11cm Diameter inc. handle - height 5.5cm CONDITION is very good to excellent - there are no chips, cracks or restoration nor crazing - the only flaw is the inner orange border on the saucer which has some paint loss as pictured from use. The crocus paintwork is near to excellent with only a couple of specks of loss on the whole set. No oxidation of the blue which is often the case. Given the early examples would classify as near to excellent.
