Bisque doll, "Alice in Wonderland" Faith Wick Limited Ed. 1985 mint in box w/COA

Description: =^..^=Here is a wonderful storybook, collector doll (signed on the back of her head and body, number 64 of 2000) from the very limited, worldwide 1985 edition, designed by NIAD noted doll artist, Faith Wick. This wonderful heavy, fired bisque doll represents "ALICE" from the "Alice in Wonderland" fairy storybook and measures 27" tall. She has a beautifully molded and painted bisque head, arms and hands as well as legs and feet with a firmly stuffed cloth body. Complete with wooden stand with brass name plate inscribed: Alice in Wonderland/Alice/Faith Wick for Silvestri, 1985 and numbered certificate of authenticity, wrist tag and labeled box. She has a beautifully modeled and painted head with nice expression with closed mouth and blue eyes and thick, long blonde hair. She wears a long red & off white, ruffled layered gown with collars and ♥ pearl and lace trim as well as ribbon streamers and red slippers. In addition, she wears her matching red and gold "balloon" bonnet with gold ball topknot. This limited edition doll figure has long been discontinued and is only available now on the secondary market. She'll look wonderful with your storybook dolls and will make a terrific addition to any "Alice in Wonderland" collection. She is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and no hairlines or repairs, no fading and no odors as she is from a smoke free home and complete in her fully labeled box which is also in good condition.
