If it is not pictured it probably is not included. It powers on to a 0F01 error code. When looking through the online manual it appears that is a minor error code indicating it needs a filter or the filter is out of place. After the error is cleared it does cycle through the other menus. Since I am not an expert with this device it will be sold 'as is', so please buy accordingly. It comes with a power supply. This is one of the cosmetically nicer units you will find. I've sold one and am currently down to my last one.
