The company was acquired by the Southern Pacific for the purpose taking control of the narrow-gauge lines in Oregon, which had been built under a number of different names, including the Oregonian Railway Limited. It appears that this bridge was built at the Thomas Creek Crossing on the line which became the Woodburn-Springfield branch of the Southern Pacific Lines in Oregon. I would speculate that this bridge was built during upgrading of the line, perhaps in conjunction with its conversion to standard gauge in 1893. The set of blueprints was made in September of 1919, probably in connection with an inspection or some bridge renewal work. All pictures are of the actual item.
