SHIPPING Australia Wide Flat Rate Shipping We charge a fixed flat rate amount to ship your order any where in Australia. The rate charged depends on your location and ranges from $12.95-$16.95 for Standard Shipping and $16.95-$26.95 for Express Shipping. Please note, a shipping surcharge maybe applicable for regional or remote areas for orders over 1kg. If a shipping surcharge is applicable we will contact you. If after being advised of the shipping cost you wish to cancel your order we will refund your payment immediately. We use either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Parcel Post for delivery of all orders being posted within Australia and International Air Mail with Australia Post for orders being sent to countries outside of Australia. Our deliveries are subject to our providers schedules, however in our experience, orders within Australia are delivered within 1-3 days of leaving our Sydney warehouse for eastern states and up to 7 days for SA, NT, WA and TAS. Orders for countries outside of Australia are delivered within 5-10 days of leaving our Sydney warehouse. When we ship your order we will send you a shipping notification through eBay with your tracking number. As the majority of our gifts and keepsakes require personalisation we require time to allow our talented artists to hand write in glitter calligraphy. We endeavour for all personalised orders to leave our studio within 5 business days. Can I specify exactly when and where I want my package dropped off? Australia Post only delivers to street mail boxes and PO Boxes.
