Description: Bell & Howell Filmo Diplomat Design 173 Model A 16mm USA Projector NEEDS WORK FOR REPAIR or PARTS. This does run but SUPER slow. The motor is not locked up but it's running slow. I added some synthetic oil in little oiler holes as I wasn't sure about the oil included in the box. It may just need to work that in really good or maybe the motor needs a new brush. I don't know. The cord was dried out cracked and deteriorated so I cut the end off. Recoated/shrink tubed the inner wires then then spliced them to a new cord (with quality solder the correct way) and shrink wrapped the whole thing. It works fine. SEE PHOTOS and video.
