The Decks are complete including jokers please see photos to get an idea of the average condition of the cards and what is included in each deck. The cards all have a hole punch through them the casino does that to prevent anyone from buying them and using them to cheat at the casino, The holes do not effect the cards in any way they still slid through a deck loader and they don't cut off any of the numbers.
