UPS is not available for HI, AK, APO/FPO, and international shipments except Canada. No local pick-ups. Returns and Exchanges No returns for handmade items Other, non-handmade items, must be in the original condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will refund your original amount minus a 20% restocking fee. In the rare instance where we make a mistake, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling.
