Ships USPS via a bag or box, so I would steam it to get the wrinkles out and maybe take it to the dry cleaners or wipe it up with a rag as this was on the floor/ in store item and people do try them on. If your unsure of your size or how the dress will fit, keep in mind you could always have any alterations done that you need at your local seamstress and that is in regards to up and down in sizing. If that's not an option, message me and Ill take measurements to the best of my ability.
