Some cover images are not complete at the time of pre release and may not state the title and number of the comic this does not mean you have ordered a Virgin cover the listing title will state Virgin, Trade, Foil etc. SHIPPING Preorder books are usually shipped 1-2 days before the stated release date but in some instances they are shipped on the day of release due to hold ups with shipments from suppliers. eBay?s delivery date is only an estimate as I have to put preorder listings as longer delivery dates as otherwise eBay mark the dispatch overdue when the book hasn?t even been released. Items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class service and usually arrive within 2-3 days of the posting date, if the item does not arrive within this time frame no action can be taken until after 14 days of the posting date as this is Royal Mails accepted time frame before they will declare an item lost. Quicker shipping options are available at checkout should you wish to choose a faster shipping method but this will be at the buyers cost. CANCELLATIONS There are strictly NO cancellations on Preorder books as this causes large unnecessary orders being placed to suppliers. RETURNS Returns on both preorders and in stock items are at the sellers discretion and will only be accepted if the item is received back in the original condition and packaging sold in.
