Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, a few discoloration spots, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine has no text and shows wear. Shelf-wear along side-edges and corners. Top opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.) ABOUT THE RECORDPromises is a song by Basia from her debut studio album Time and Tide, released in 1987. The track was written by Basia Trzetrzelewska, Danny White, and Peter Ross of Immaculate Fools. It was produced by Danny and Basia, and is a samba-influenced jazz-pop song. The single was first a minor hit in the UK in January 1988.
